Driving Innovation: Shaking up the procurement process
Is the procurement process overdue an update? The new Procurement Act 2023, coming into effect in October, is arguably a step towards modernising public sector procurement and could be a game changer. What does the new legislation include and how could it prove beneficial? And are there other areas of procurement that need to be addressed to better acknowledge landscapes as living things?
